Entry Requirements

  • English, Literature, English and Literature Extension or English as an Additional Language (Units 3 and 4, C)
  • Mathematical Methods (Units 3 and 4, C)
  • Chemistry or Physics (Units 3 and 4, C) | For additional information about the admissions criteria for UQ and for this course, refer to UQ's website. | All engineering students must complete 430 hours of engineering professional practice prior to graduation. Note: Studying specialist Mathematics (Units 3 and 4, C) and both Chemistry and Physics is recommended for this program. Students without Specialist Mathematics or equivalent may be required to undertake preparatory courses which may not enable the program to be completed in the minimum time frame without overloading or undertaking summer study.
