  • Satisfactory completion of a Year 12 To be eligible for entry to this course applicants must be completing an approved Year 12 equivalent qualification at the time of application and achieve an indicative ATAR (or equivalent) around 90.00 or above.
  • Prerequisites (for specific majors) This prerequisite applies to applicants who intend to complete the following list of major studies as part of this course: Civil Engineering Systems, Computing and Software Systems, Digital Infrastructure Engineering Systems, or Mechanical Engineering Systems.
  • Year 12 Prerequisite Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in Mathematical Methods (or equivalent).
  • Students who do not complete the prerequisite in Year 12 will need to undertake a bridging subject in mathematics as breadth in first year (with a Units 1 and 2 Mathematics Methods prerequisite).
  • Young Applicants Applicants who will be aged less than 17 years old at the start of the semester, may be required to attend an interview to determine whether their age may adversely affect their ability to successfully undertake the course.
